Audrey Roloff and Jacob Roloff: Quashing Feud to Bond Over Baby Radley?

Now that Jeremy and Audrey Roloff welcomed Baby #3 together, things are naturally going to change.

We don’t just mean that the Little People, Big World alums will suffer some sleep deprivation with a newborn in the house.

Instead, it looks like baby Radley could be the magic pill to heal a family rift before he can even recognize his own name.

It appears that he’s already making Audrey closer with her brother-in-law, Jacob, despite years of feuding.

Jacob Roloff’s wife, Isabel, is herself pregnant with her and Jacob’s first child.

On her Instagram Stories, she shared a precious photo of Jacob getting some practice holding a newborn.

In the photo, he is holding his nephew, gazing down lovingly at the sweet baby.

uncle Jacob Roloff and baby Radley Roloff

Isabel captioned the photo with an affectionate: “Uncle Jacob and baby Radley.”

Jacob has certainly gotten plenty of practice in the role of an uncle to his various niblings.

But there’s more to this photo than meets the eye.

To put things mildly, Jacob and Audrey just plain do not see eye to eye.

Jacob has been outspoken on subjects like human rights, using his limited platform to try to make the world a better place.

Audrey has chosen … another path.

Jeremy and Audrey married in 2014.

The two seem to have a lot in common, but Auj is a bit more outspoken and direct.

And the things that she has chosen to say to her sizable audience have been unnerving and controversial at best.

“We are not claiming to be a resource for same-sex marriages,” Audrey wrote in a blog post in 2016.

Speaking for herself and Jeremy, she added: “It’s not something we agree with.”

“Know that our content is not written to same-sex marriages, so to say that we don’t offer advice for that side is accurate,” Audrey wrote.

Obviously, there is no non-bigoted way to “not agree” with an entire swathe of other people’s marriages when those people are a marginalized minority.

To make matters worse, Audrey then wrote that she encouraged gay readers to follow what she and Jeremy had to say.

In other words: she was declaring her homophobic beliefs, but still wants LGBTQ+ followers and customers for her brand. Class act.

Audrey has referred to “this twisted generation,” appearing to take a swipe at fellow Millennials.

Why? Presumably because most do not share her far right and at times bordering on tradwife beliefs, religiously and politically.

Some people might have felt more at home in the 1950s. Or the 1450s.

Audrey also reposted some of that nauseating propaganda that called for “unity” in the wake of the murder of George Floyd.

We all remember seeing the cutesy videos of police dancing with protesters or making gestures of kindness during broad daylight.

As Jacob pointed out correctly, hours later, many of those violent, armored officers were teargassing and beating protesters.

Jacob consistently uses his platform for positive messages — environmental justice, racial equality, and more.

He has expressed embarrassment at being “related to Trump voters,” a sentiment shared by many in his situation.

Very recently, Jacob shaded Audrey over her multilevel marketing, warning fans and followers of pyramid schemes and similar scams.

We somehow doubt that the existence of a new baby is magically making Audrey a good person or making Jacob forget who she is.

Instead, we think that he’s just smiling and making nice with an unhinged relative because it’s worth it to spend time with his nephew.

This happens in a lot of families. When there are kids involved and a shared family business, it’s harder to just cut ties and ghost.

Amy Roloff: I’m So Happy with Chris! I’m So Glad I Ditched Matt!

This week, the Little People, Big World audience got to witness Amy Roloff’s wedding special.

It was heartwarming, sweet, and even funny at times.

For Amy, marrying Chris Marek is not just a love story, but a tale of triumph and self-love.

If she had never divorced Matt, Amy wouldn’t have gotten her next chapter and her happily ever after.

57-year-old author, reality star, and grandmother Amy Roloff spoke to Entertainment Tonight in a new interview published this week.

“So many women can look down upon themselves,” she lamented.

Amy noted that some women come to believe “that they’re not worthy.”

“They’re not good enough,” Amy continued, characterizing how some women feel after divorce.

“Something must have been wrong, or whatever the reason may be, and I came out of it,” she added.

“It’s something that broke,” Amy said. “It’s something that didn’t work out.”

Amy may have experienced some of that.

“But,” she affirmed, “I’m still good.”

“I’m a good person,” Amy correctly stated. “I have a heart.”

“Something got lost along the way,” Amy acknowledged.

“But to end a relationship like that in the public eye and still come out,” she remarked.

“I’m OK with just me,” Amy emphasized. Good for her.

“If I never have that opportunity to find someone, I’m good with me,” Amy said.

She added: “I like being with me.”

Amy also very much likes being with Chris Marek, who is now her husband.

“I hope what people see throughout this whole thing is a love story,” Amy expressed.

“This is my second one,” she noted.

“And,” Amy continued, “this is Chris’s first.”

“But I think just the growth of our relationship, through the episodes and prior seasons,” Amy noted.

“And now,” she added, “being able to be part of this wedding special.”

“I just hope they see a love story that has grown, has solidified,” Amy expressed, “and I don’t know, just happy.”

“We all know relationships take work,” Amy said.

“But,” she admitted, “it’s so worth it.”

Their happiness is palpable, so when it comes to Amy and Chris, we are certainly inclined to agree!

Meanwhile, In Touch Weekly learned that Amy and Chris had a plan for the wedding special.

Instead of cozying up by the TV at home and reliving their wedding, they had other ideas.

The couple vacationed in Hawaii this week as the special aired.

“Chris told people on a tour at Roloff Farms that he and Amy are going to Maui and leaving on November 9,” a witness revealed.

The witness, who had toured the farm, noted that this was “the same day their wedding special airs on TLC.”

The witness added: “He told a fan that they are pretty much winging it, but he is excited to go snorkeling. They’re going for about a week.”

Interestingly, Amy acknowledged in this interview what her friends Deb and Lisa pointed out in Amy’s kinky conversation.

This is Amy’s second love story. She does not have a lot of relationships to which to compare, well, anything.

So even though she is a mother and grandmother and a very accomplished woman, some things in her love journey with Chris are still very new.

Amy Roloff Talks Kinks with Bridesmaids: I’ll Never Let a Man Tie Me Up!

On Tuesday night, Amy Roloff’s wedding special finally arrived.

The long anticipated two-hour Little People, Big World event included tears, cheers, and countless sweet moments.

Ahead of the wedding, Amy and her friends delved into an important but sensitive topic.

Amy was actively cringing, visibly uncomfortable discussing kinks and bedroom antics … and her friends understood why.

If your friends don’t lovingly embarrass you a little as you prepare for your wedding, are they really friends?

Well … yes, but that doesn’t mean that Lisa and Deb’s couples’ sex trivia game wasn’t a fun diversion.

But it’s clear that these “racy” discussions are not Amy’s favorites.

“They really want me to kind of, I don’t know, talk about [my] love life,” Amy laments, “or personal stuff.”

First, she is asked to describe her love life with Chris Marek in terms of “hot sauce.”

Mild, medium, or spicy? Amy is clearly unsure of how to answer.

Amy notes that Lisa and Deb have brought up these topics before.

In part because it’s fun (and normal) for people who are comfortable with one another to discuss their love lives.

But, clearly, part of it has to do with the joy of sharing new information to an astonished or even shocked Amy.

The special flashes back to a previous trip, during which Lisa and Deb explained the Mile High Club.

They didn’t go into detail about the mechanics of high altitudes improving orgasm.

Amy was scandalized enough by the idea of two (or more) people going at it on an airplane bathroom.

“I never feel comfortable about that,” Amy expressed to the camera with a smile.

The dynamic that is at play here is very apparent.

Amy’s friends enjoy nudging her out of her comfort zone because it’s a fun way to impart their experiences.

As they address later in the accompanying clip, they know exactly why Amy seems so sheltered.

So they want to broaden her horizons, even if she doesn’t want to try any of these things in real life.

They’re not pushing Amy to try out these kinks, they’re just helping her know a little bit more about the world.

Up next, Amy is asked what she believes the most common injury attributed to sex acts.

While collecting data on that kind of thing is tricky to impossible to do reliably, the question comes with multiple choices.

The options are “bruising, rug burns, bites, pulled muscles.”

Interestly, Amy immediately becomes analytical — which we have to say, sounds typical of a mom.

“Well that means you’re going strong and hard,” she says, eliciting a delighted laugh from Deb.

“And the other one means you don’t have enough lubricant,” Amy suggests.

Lisa is astonished that Amy mentioned lubricant out loud, which is funny in its own way.

Amy is clearly thinking of “injuries” related to sex in terms of accidental mishaps, akin to falling off of a bed.

She is surprised to learn that the answer is “bite marks,” as she is visibly confused about why anyone would bite each other.

“No, I’m not having him bite me, or me bite him,” says a bewildered Amy.

“Those people are weird,” she says, sounding scandalized.

Oh, Amy. The ladies also apply face masks to themselves to treat themselves. Fun!

Honestly, Amy’s naivete is a great reminder of how different some people’s experiences are.

Many people indulging in “kinks” think of their sex lives as fairly vanilla. Some people with vanilla sex lives think that they’re kinky.

It’s all very relative and it’s all on a spectrum. Because so many people aren’t honest with others or themselves about sex, it’s hard to say where anyone falls.

Except for Amy, who is clearly very much on the vanilla end of things.

Lisa and Deb explain that they understand that Amy has only had two men in her life — Matt and Chris.

She is not especially experienced or worldly (and they both adorably say “not like” and name the other woman before laughing).

Amy confirms as much, more or less, when she speaks to the confessional camera.

There, she says that she has felt limited in her dating pool because she is disabled.

Before and during her marriage to Matt, she never imagined that she might end up with someone of average height.

Only meeting Chris changed that, but it seems clear that Chris is not especially kinky.

That is, to be clear, perfectly okay — you can have sex with no one, one person, a handful of people, or you can attend weekly orgies. You do you.

We’re glad that Amy felt comfortable enough to have these laughs with her friends before her big, beautiful wedding to Chris.

Isabel Roloff Gently Squashes Body-Shaming Troll Attacking Her Stretch Marks

This week, Isabel Roloff showed off her stretch marks as her due date looms.

She and Little People, Big World alum Jacob are expecting their first child together, and they are overwhelmed with emotion.

Unfortunately, a body-shaming troll tried to rain all over her parade with cruel misinformation.

Isabel is clapping back, educating her followers in the process about how the human body works.

On Monday, November 1, Isabel shared a heartfelt and affirming message alongside a photo of her baby bump.

“In the beginning of this journey, I was really hoping not to get stretch marks on my belly,” she began.

Isabel confessed: “That feels hard to admit.”

“I talk about body positivity and self love so much,” Isabel acknowledged.

She expressed: I feel like a fraud admitting that I didn’t want to get stretch marks.”

It is extremely normal for people to hold body positive viewpoints but still have internalized hangups about their own bodies.

Isabel Roloff IG pregnancy stretch marks body positivity

“I have them everywhere else on this body of mine,” Isabel wrote of stretch markes.

“I got them on the back of my calves when I was only eight,” she shared.

Izzy acknowledged that she attained those marks “because I grew so tall so quickly.”

“I had the growing pains every night to accompany them,” Isabel shared.

“Yet somehow, I thought maybe I’d escape pregnancy stretch mark free,” she remarked.

“How silly that was something I desired at all,” Isabel expressed.

“Even after following so many people in this community who normalize stretch marks,” Isabel stated.

She admitted that “they’re still not *fully* accepted or desirable.”

Isabel lamented: “I was allowing myself to believe the lie that I’d be less valuable with them.”

“I know they’re mostly genetic,” Isabel acknowledged.

“I know there are lotions and things you can use to diminish them,” she added.

“But the thing is, after eight months of growing this miracle in my belly,” Izzy said, “I don’t look in the mirror with disgust like I thought I might.”

“I look at them with pride,” Isabel wrote.

“I see them as badges of honor,” she proclaimed.

“I did this,” Isabel affirmed. “I grew a human.”

“And I have the scars now to prove I did,” Isabel wrote.

“Growth, these days, just feels all kinds of beautiful,” she concluded.

In response, Isabel received many positive and affirming replies.

Isabel Roloff IG positive replies to pregnancy stretch marks

One sinister troll, however, felt very differently.

This commenter asserted that stretch marks are “not genetic.”

A body-shamer claimed that her stretch marks stemmed merely from gaining “too much weight during a short period of time.”

“I’ve gained 25-30 lbs,” Isabel responded.

She cited that this is a gain “which is actually the recommended amount of weight.”

“I have stretch marks on the back of my calves from growing tall,” Izzy wrote, “not from growing fat.”

“Unfortunately, back in your day, you were misled to believe nonsense about stretch marks,” Isabel acknowledged.

“That’s OK,” she assured.

Isabel asked the troll to “just educate yourself before spreading misinformation and making harmful comments next time. Thanks.”

In case you are wondering, Isabel is absolutely right.

Genetics are one of the primary factors in determining who gets stretch marks and where.

They are also extremely common during growth spurts and pregnancy, and can also depend upon what kind of skin someone has.

Isabel Roloff2

In fact, even the “rapid weight gain” reason for stretch marks has to do with where and how much the body stores energy as fat and muscle.

As we know, these things are strongly rooted in genetics, to the point where two people doing the same workouts and eating identical meals can have wildly different bodies.

But the real issue isn’t that stretch marks aren’t Izzy’s fault. The issue is that they’re just part of her skin, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Jacob Roloff Warns Followers of Predator Scams: Is He Shading Audrey?

At 24, Jacob Roloff is the youngest adult member of the Roloff Family.

He also seems to be the wisest, more than once expressing informed opinions that seem a little beyond some of his relatives.

The father-to-be recently warned followers against participating in financial schemes that could potentially ruin them.

So … why do Little People, Big World fans think that he was throwing shade at his sister-in-law Audrey?

Jacob took to his Instagram Stories over the weekend.

“Don’t do or promote MLM bulls–t,” he cautioned his followers.

In this context, MLM refers to multilevel marketing schemes, which we will explain.

Jacob did not simply admonish his followers on the subject without reason.

He explained to avoid these schemes “because it rots our societal brain.”

“And,” Jacob added, it “enables a labor relationship and vision that hurts the working class.”

So what is an MLM?

Basically, a company exists and, instead of relying upon normal chains of stores, customers also become sales reps.

The idea is that sales reps get commissions on sales … though they sometimes incur serious financial risk.

MLMs are promoted as get-rich schemes or the key to working from home.

Frequent targets are the disabled and busy single moms who need more money.

Someone who is famous and financially secure has a better chance of making money, while those who are not sometimes end up losing money.

Avon. Mary Kay. Amway. Tupperware.

These are just a few examples of more famous multilevel marketing schemes.

Likened by some to pyramid scams, each sales rep has to sell and recruit more reps in order to be successful.

The companies behind MLMs can rake in billions of dollars every year.

They are also very controversial, especially among people who felt deceived by the financial structure of the business.

If you want to know more about the perils of multilevel marketing, this video from Last Week Tonight With John Oliver is a thorough rundown.

A quick disclaimer: without context, some might have thought that Jacob’s post was homophobic. It was not.

While “MLM” is an umbrella term for men-who-love-men incorporating gay, bi, and pan men, that’s not what Jacob means.

We sincerely doubt that he’s homophobic … and if you ask Little People, Big World fans, his sister-in-law Audrey might be.

And it’s at Audrey that many of Jacob’s followers believe that his message was truly aimed.

See, his Instagram Story warning of the hazards of these mulilevel marketing structures is good advice for anyone.

But Audrey happens to be part of one. Oops.

Tori Roloff IG multilevel marketing oil gig

Audrey Roloff uses her Instagram and her platform to promote and sell Young Living products.

The company, which sells essential oils, is considered a multilevel marketing company.

Auj uses her MoreThanOils account to make these sales, and cross-posts to her primary account to extend her reach.

None of this was lost on Little People, Big World fans.

“This seems less like shade and more like a straight read of Audrey,” observed one user of Reddit.

“Shots fired and I’m here for it!” another commenter agreed. “MLMs are predatory.”

“Jacob is truly too good for this family,” another wrote.

A commenter added: “To be a fly on the wall when Audrey sees this one.”

Jacob and Audrey are perceived as not getting along well, clashing due to ideological differences.

Jacob is a very good person, with a wealth of compassion and no fear of speaking up on important issues.

Audrey has referred to her fellow Millennials as a “wicked generation” and strikes many as neither especially good or genuine.

That said, not all fans agree — some are still bitter that Jacob left the show half a decade ago.

So was he really taking a shot at Audrey with that post?

It’s likely that, even though he doesn’t follow Audrey, he is at least aware that she’s trying to push these products onto her followers.

Essential oils are questionable enough even when they’re bought from a store. Essential oils through an MLM company is … quite something.

Jacob likely at least thought of Audrey as he made the post, considering whether he would face blowback for it.

Being a good person, he didn’t let that stop him from warning his followers.

As for whether it was actually aimed at Auj … we have no way of knowing that.

Matt Roloff: Using Amy’s Wedding to Promote His Pumpkin Business?

Over the weekend, Amy Roloff married Chris Marek in a beautiful ceremony.

The long-anticipated wedding took place on Roloff Farms.

Matt Roloff is now giving followers a virtual tour of the farm and how it played into the wedding.

But some Little People, Big World fans accuse him of trying to monetize his ex-wife’s nuptials by promoting his business.

“Wedding farm wrap up,” Matt Roloff captioned a new video on his Instagram.

He wrote: “Honored that Amy and Chris choose the farm @rolofffarms for their big wedding day!!”

“Now on to Pumpkin patch setup …wait for it…” Matt teased.

The actual video on Matt Roloff’s Instagram extends for over seven minutes.

We have only included a short but sweet clip from that.

In it, Matt rides around the property pointing to different locales relevant to the weekend’s nuptials.

For instance, Matt notes the gazebo.

Amy and Chris were married in front of that.

Matt has spent the last couple of days getting the farm back in order following the wedding.

Commenters were quick to praise Matt for the video, and for the Farm having served as a venue.

“Well done Matt! You really stepped up to the mark for Chris and Amy,” one fan wrote.

That comment continued: “Most exes would not have done anywhere near what you did for them! Good on you.”

“You are amazing and so is the farm,” another follower praised.

That commenter continued: “Love that you all supported Amy on her next chapter.”

That certainly was heartwarming to see!

Not everyone was feeling the love, even if they were happy for Amy and Chris.

Some social media users called out Matt, accusing him of using the wedding for the farm’s publicity.

You can’t deny that he gave Amy a shout-out and then began to promote pumpkin season in essentially the same breath.

On the other hand, Matt was acting as Amy’s wedding venue.

Some venues will keep quiet and let the people who marry there decide what to share and what to keep to themselves.

But many venues, especially those that offer discounts or free nuptials for famous people, are going to promote it on social media.

In that sense, Matt was acting like any other wedding venue that Amy or Chris might have encountered.

Caterers, dress shops, and venues tend to have social media where they will promote themselves when the opportunity arises to showcase what they offer.

In a world where pizza places will share when a TikToker stops by, Matt’s tour of the farm seems downright tame.

But we get the impression that many of those raising their eyebrows at Matt’s tour already have strong opinions about him.

Many have not looked at him the same way since they heard that he had cheated on Amy with Caryn during their marriage.

Additionally, his attitude and behavior — as seen and described on camera — makes many feel that he was a toxic partner.

Even after the divorce, a number of fans have the impression that Matt has continued some bad habits.

He has been accused of at first dismissing but then claiming credit for Amy’s wildly popular pumpkin salsa idea.

In a sense, one could see this as repeating that behavior — letting Amy and Chris marry there, and then using it to market his farm.

But as we said, this isn’t an abnormal thing to do. Not every venue keeps things under wraps.

And besides, it was Amy’s fans first and foremost who were interested in a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the farm.

Matt has his faults, but this video seems sweet and harmless.

Isabel Roloff Flaunts Baby Bump at 23 Weeks

Last month, Little People, Big World fans learned some exciting news.

Jacob and Isabel Roloff are expecting their first child together. Another Roloff grandbaby is on the way!

With the announcement, fans quickly wondered how far along Izzy’s pregnancy was.

Isabel now has an update, flaunting her beautiful baby bump at 23 weeks.

Jacob and Isabel Roloff are definitely a little young, just into their mid-twenties.

But considering that they already have a healthy handful of niblings through Jacob’s older brothers, this pregnancy was no surprise.

As the saying goes: there’s something in the air.

Isabel Roloff IG baby bump at 23 weeks

On Sunday, Isabel was visiting her brother-in-law and his wife.

“Jer and Auj’s house is perfect for selfies,” she captioned a photo shared to her Instagram Stories.

Showcasing her baby bump in a mirror selfie, she wrote: “23 weeks today.”

This is such an exciting time for the Roloff family.

Becoming parents is a huge step, especially for such a young couple who’ve only been married for a couple of years.

That said, we’re talking about a pair who’ve been together since high school. They know each other’s hearts well.

For some fans, Jacob has remained the “baby” of the family even after the births of his nieces and nephews.

It’s not just that he’s the youngest.

Little People, Big World viewers didn’t see him grow up into adulthood.

Jacob was not a voluntary star of the family’s show. He filmed because he had no choice.

When he turned 18, he had a choice, and he chose to leave the show — and to leave the farm.

Multiple legitimate grievances created a rift between him and his parents, but things have improved in the past several years.

Jacob reconnected in person with his family, slowly but surely.

The first hints of his return came on his mother’s Instagram.

Now, Jacob and Isabel are close with the rest of the Roloffs — despite some disagreements.

A common narrative on reality television is that a “new woman” gets with a man and turns him against his family.

Izzy’s story has been anything but that.

More than once, she has appeared to smooth over ruffled feathers and help repair damaged family relationships.

Jacob is also adored as an uncle to his nieces and nephews.

While the youngest of the family (any family) generally gets little to no childcare experience, this is giving him a head start.

No, being an uncle is not the same as being a parent, but it’s a preview of what his and Isabel’s lives will become.

Another exciting event in the Roloff family’s immediate future will, of course, be Amy’s wedding to Chris Marek.

August 28 is only weeks away, and we hope that it goes off without a hitch. There are a number of things that could go wrong, especially amidst the pandemic.

The entire family will treasure the nuptials, but we’re sure that the wedding photos will hold special meaning for Jacob and Isabel, as Izzy will be glowing in her photos.
